The waters from the pass off the Bokissa wharf to the southeast of Santo offer some of the hottest game fishing in the South Pacific.
Because of our committment to preserving the reefs around the island we only allow pelagic fishing - and there is plenty of great pelagic fish to be caught; tuna, mackerel, wahoo, mahi mahi, sailfish and marlin.
If you wish, you can enjoy your catch that evening, cooked to perfection by our chef and served with fresh organically grown vegetables.
